These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to reservations made directly with Soumeià through our website, or confirmed directly with Soumeià by telephone or email.

2. RESERVATIONS

A reservation is confirmed when the booking process has been successfully completed and a booking confirmation has been issued by Soumeià.

The reservation applies to the room or rooms, dates and number of guests shown in the booking confirmation.

Please contact us if you need to make a change to your reservation. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

The total price of your stay is shown before you complete your reservation.

No payment is taken at the time of booking. A valid payment card is securely saved through Stripe as a guarantee for the reservation. Soumeià does not receive or store your full card details.

The full balance for the stay is due at checkout. This may be charged to the payment card saved at the time of booking, or settled by another accepted payment method in person. Where a card is saved for this purpose, Soumeià may charge the balance to that card at checkout without requiring you to re-enter your card details.

Where a cancellation or no-show charge becomes due under the cancellation policy below, or where additional services or charges expressly agreed to by the guest — such as breakfast or late checkout — have not been settled by another method, the applicable amount may be charged to the payment method provided to guarantee the reservation.

4. CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOWS

Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival.

For cancellations made within 7 days before arrival, the first night will be charged.

For cancellations made within 24 hours before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the full stay will be charged.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to certain distance contracts does not apply to accommodation services provided for specific dates or a specific period.

Your cancellation rights are therefore governed by the cancellation policy stated above, without prejudice to any rights you may have under mandatory applicable law.

6. CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in is available from 15:00.

Checkout is by 11:00 on the day of departure.

Please contact us in advance if you expect to arrive at an unusual time.

7. OCCUPANCY AND CHILDREN

The reservation is valid for the number of guests stated in the booking confirmation.

Children are welcome and must be included in the total number of guests when making a reservation. The maximum occupancy of each room may not be exceeded.

Any change to the number of guests should be agreed with Soumeià in advance.

8. PETS

Pets are not permitted in the guest accommodation.

9. SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside the guest rooms.

10. CARE OF THE PROPERTY

Guests are asked to treat the rooms, furnishings and property with reasonable care.

Guests are responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligence beyond normal wear and tear. Any amount requested in relation to such damage will reflect the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

11. CANCELLATION BY SOUMEIÀ

In the unlikely event that Soumeià is unable to provide the accommodation confirmed in your reservation, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Where Soumeià cancels the reservation and is unable to provide the booked accommodation, you will not be charged for accommodation that is not provided. This does not affect any rights available to you under applicable law.

12. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
